Full membership of Kaiela Arts with voting rights and access to our services, is available to Aboriginal artists and community members who live on or have connections to the Kaiela Dungala (Goulburn Murray) region.

Associate membership of Kaiela Arts is available to all community members (Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal) through the Yahna Friends membership.

Application for Aboriginal Artist Membership

Membership of Kaiela Arts is available to Aboriginal Artists and community members who live in the Kaiela Dungala (Goulburn Murray) region. Kaiela Arts welcomes Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Artists from other areas of Australia who are residents of the local area and part of the local Aboriginal community. Applications are reviewed and approved by the Kaiela Arts Board.
$ 50 Per Year
  • Must be Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander.
  • Must be 15 years of age or above.
  • Must live and/or work in the Kaiela Dungala Region.
  • BENEFITS:
  • Access to and use of the Studio Facilities during Gallery hours.
  • Free use of basic art materials in the studio
    – finished works must be sold in the gallery.
    Art materials cannot be taken for use at home.
  • Invitations to all Kaiela Arts events, exhibitions and previews.
  • Voting rights at the Annual General Meeting.
  • Free access to Artist skills building workshops.
  • Free listing, image and profile on the Kaiela Arts website.
  • Free promotion through all gallery marketing.
  • Free advocacy; promotion and exposure through Kaiela Arts programs and events.

Application for Junior Aboriginal Artist Membership

Junior membership of Kaiela Arts is available to Aboriginal Artists and community members who live in the Kaiela Dungala (Goulburn Murray) region. Kaiela Arts welcomes Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Artists from other areas of Australia who are residents of the local area and part of the local Aboriginal community. Yahna Friends Membership

Yahna (“walking with”) Friends at Kaiela Arts is an associate membership of Kaiela Arts.

The aim of Yahna is to provide the non-Aboriginal community, with opportunity to connect with, champion and support Kaiela Arts.
